Chakka means wheel. We started as two mechanics and one bike bay next to the Balkhu bridge. Today there are three bike bays, two car lifts and a rule we never break: you see the problem, and the price, before we fix it.

Four rules on the wall.

Show before we fix. Worn parts are photographed and sent to you. Nothing extra happens without your yes.
Old parts go home with you. Ask and we bag every part we replaced.
Genuine or clearly labelled. We tell you if a part is company-genuine or a quality alternative, and the price of each.
Test before return. A senior mechanic rides or drives every vehicle before it is marked ready.

Questions riders ask us.

Do you use genuine parts?

Yes, by default. If a genuine part is very expensive or out of stock, we offer a quality alternative and tell you the price of both. You choose.

What if the problem comes back?

All our labour has a 30-day warranty. Bring it back and we fix the same fault free. Parts carry the maker's warranty.

Can I wait while you work?

For oil changes, washes and small jobs, yes. We have a waiting room with Wi-Fi and tea. Longer services: drop it off and track it from your phone.

How does pickup and drop work?

Choose it when you book. A rider or driver collects your vehicle, it goes through the normal job card, and comes back to your door. Rs 300 to 800 depending on the zone.

How do I pay?

Cash, card, eSewa, Khalti or bank transfer when you collect. We never ask for payment before the work is done.
